Submitting Payment During Free Trial
You may submit your payment information at anytime during the free trial and you will not be charged until 30 days after your free trial. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at anytime by signing in to your Clarity Accounting Dashboard and click on “Business Profile” under the “Setup” section.
We have also had some requests from clients who wanted to skip the free trial and there is a link on the “Payment Information” section in the billing view that would allow people to do so.
Please note:
- Billing inquiries apply to “Business Accounts” only; i.e. your free trial begins when you have created a business file on Clarity Accounting. We charge by the “business” and not by the “user”
- If you do not submit your payment after the free trial has ended, your account will be suspended in which no further actions can performed on your account
- If you do not wish to continue with Clarity Accounting, you are welcome to export all data entered into Clarity Accounting into an Excel format before your 30 day free trial expires.
