Export Data into Excel
You can now export all your valuable business data into excel and pdf. This was a very popular feature request from you, our valued customers, and we thank you for your continual feedback and support.
Here are the instructions for exporting your data into Excel format:
Exporting Income and Expense Entries:
- Log in to your Clarity Accounting user account
- In the left navigation select “Income” / “Expense”

- Below the data entry box you will see something that looks like “Export: Excel | CSV”

- Click on the “Excel” link to export all your income / expense data
Exporting Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Reports:
You can do excel and pdf exports with your balance sheets and profit and loss. You will be able to print out balance sheet and profit and loss reports after they have been exported into excel or pdf format.
- Log in to your Clarity Accounting user account
- Click on Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss in the left navigational bar
- Find the download links: “Download: Excel | PDF | CSV | HTML”
- Click on the your file format of choice and follow the download instructions

Exporting all Business Data Files
You can also download all data from your business at once. Reports and data will be split into different excel worksheets.
- Log into your Clarity Accounting user account and enter into the Dashboard
- Go to “Business Profile” under the “Setup” Section on the left navigation bar

- On the right hand side of the page under “Export” box, click on the “Excel” link to export all business data into Microsoft Excel
