Verify Your Email Address
When you first sign up for an account with Clarity Accounting, you will see the following message pop-up on your screen that states:
“Thank you for taking the time to initiate the sign up process. A confirmation email has been sent to “your email address“. Please click on the verification link in that email to complete the sign up process”.
The reason for implementing the email verification process is twofold:
- Security: we want to make sure that you are the owner of your secured email address
- Validation: to ensure you have typed in the correct email address
Frequent Issues with the Email Verification Process
Q: I did not get an email in my inbox from Clarity Accounting.
A: There are 2 possible scenarios:
- You might have entered the wrong email address (we certainly had this happen several times where an email address has bounced). If you are unsure whether you have entered the correct email address, please do not hesitate to email us at:
support@clarityaccounting.comAlternatively, you may consider signing up again with the proper email address
- Junk Mail Box: please check your junk mail box to see if our email has been sent there
- From “support”: we have noticed that the email verification we sent has a title of “support”, we will be changing this soon to “Clarity Accounting Support”
